Terms of Service
The short version
- Prexel shows market data and analysis. It is not investment advice, and we don't trade, hold funds or tell you what to buy.
- Free is 24 hours behind and needs no account. Pro and Teams are paid subscriptions that renew until you cancel.
- Cancel any time; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Your first payment is refundable within 14 days.
- Use the data for yourself or your own team. Don't resell it, republish it in bulk or scrape it.
1. Who we are
Prexel ("Prexel", "we", "us") is operated by Superforest Interactive, Inc., a United States corporation. You can reach us at jb@prexel.xyz. These terms apply to prexel.xyz, markets.prexel.xyz and any other Prexel site or app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
2. The Service
Prexel collects market data from exchanges and data providers and presents it as readings across several domains, such as on-chain activity, positioning, technicals, macro, sentiment, prediction markets and ETF flows. Plans:
- Free: the full screen, delayed by 24 hours. No account is needed.
- Pro: the live screen and the other features described on our pricing page, for one person.
- Teams: Pro for a group of people, billed per seat with a minimum of three seats.
Features marked "coming soon" are not part of what you buy until they are released.
3. Readings, not recommendations
Prexel provides general market information. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange or registered investment adviser, and we don't consider your personal circumstances. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money. You alone are responsible for your decisions.
Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and sources can stop reporting. We show missing data as missing, but we don't guarantee that any reading is accurate, complete or current. Past readings don't predict future results.
4. Accounts
Paid plans need an account, which is created from the email you use at checkout or when you sign in with Google or an email link. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can sign in to it can use your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
A Teams owner is responsible for who they invite and for keeping the number of members within the seats paid for.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. For most purchases, Link, a Stripe service, acts as the seller of record and handles payment, tax and transaction support; its terms apply to the payment itself. Prices shown include applicable taxes.
- Automatic renewal. Pro and Teams renew automatically each month or year, as you chose, at the price you signed up at, and you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account or through Link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Founding price. The founding price is offered to the first 100 Pro subscribers. It stays the same for as long as your subscription runs without interruption. If you cancel or your subscription ends, the founding price ends with it, and rejoining is at the price shown at that time.
- Price changes. We may change standard prices for future billing periods. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we'll try again for a short period. If it still fails, your plan returns to Free.
- Teams seats. Adding seats is charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Removing seats takes effect from the next billing period.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for your own research or your own organisation's internal use. You must not:
- resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute Prexel data or readings in bulk, or build a competing data product from them;
- scrape, crawl or extract data automatically, except through an API we provide for that purpose;
- share one account between several people, or give access to more people than your seats allow;
- try to get around plan limits, the 24-hour delay, security measures or rate limits;
- use the Service in breach of the law, including sanctions law, or from a country or for a person subject to sanctions.
Quoting a small number of readings with credit to Prexel, for example in a post or a note to colleagues, is fine.
8. Data sources and intellectual property
Underlying market data comes from third-party exchanges and providers, and their terms may also apply to it. The Service, its software, design, methods and readings belong to Prexel and its licensors. Other companies' names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Content you copy from the Service for your own use, including with "Copy as agent context", stays subject to section 7.
9. Changes and availability
We improve the Service continually and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it running at all times but don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we make a change that materially reduces a paid plan, you can cancel and ask for a pro rata refund of the unused part of your current period.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first. If we close an account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of the current period.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the US state in which Superforest Interactive, Inc. is incorporated. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with its effective date, and tell account holders by email about changes that matter. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
