Refund Policy
The short version
- Changed your mind? Your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days.
- Annual renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge.
- Otherwise, cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
1. First payment: 14 days, no questions
If Pro or Teams isn't right for you, email jb@prexel.xyz within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. This also meets the 14-day cancellation right that consumers in the UK and EU have for digital services.
2. Annual renewals
If an annual plan renews and you didn't mean to keep it, ask within 14 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal.
3. Monthly renewals and cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account or through Link. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for unused time in a monthly period, except where the law requires it or where the Service was substantially unavailable.
4. Teams seats
Seats you add are charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Seats you remove are credited from the next billing period.
5. Founding price
A refund or cancellation ends your subscription, and the founding price ends with it. Founding places that end are not released to anyone else.
6. How refunds work
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Link, which handles payments for us, may also issue refunds within 60 days of a payment under its own policies. Requests outside this policy are considered case by case.
